- Restaurant owners: Name, email, phone, business name, address
- App usage: Login activity, QR scan counts, menu views, analytics
- Visitors (menuvivid.com): Browser type, pages visited (via Vercel Analytics)
- Payment: Processed by Stripe/Lemon Squeezy (we never store card data)
How We Use Your Data
- Deliver and improve MenuVivid services
- Send product updates and billing notifications
- Provide customer support
- Generate anonymized analytics (QR scans, AR views)
- Legal compliance requirements
Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We share only with:
- Supabase (database hosting, EU servers)
- Vercel (deployment, US/EU)
- Stripe/Lemon Squeezy (payments)
- Tidio (chat support only)
GDPR & Moroccan Law 09-08
We comply with EU GDPR and Moroccan Law 09-08 on data protection. EU users: Right to access, correct, delete data → contact@menuvivid.com. Response within 30 days guaranteed.
Data Retention
Active accounts: Data kept while subscription active. Cancelled: Deleted within 90 days of request. Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement).
Security
All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Supabase Row Level Security on all tables. Regular security audits.
