Agreement
By using MenuVivid (menuvivid.com / app.menuvivid.com), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Service Description
MenuVivid provides:
- Digital QR code menus for restaurants
- Augmented Reality (AR) 3D dish visualization
- Sales analytics and WhatsApp notifications
- Multi-language menu management
- Google Reviews integration
Account & Subscription
- Accounts require valid email and payment method
- Plans: Basic (€49/mo), Pro (€99/mo), Team (€299/mo)
- Prices in EUR/MAD based on selected currency
- Annual plans: 2 months free vs monthly
- Cancel anytime: access until billing period ends
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share login credentials with unauthorized users
- Use MenuVivid for illegal activities
- Reverse-engineer or copy our software
- Upload false, offensive, or misleading menu content
- Attempt to breach security systems
Payment & Refunds
- Billing: Monthly or annual, auto-renewing
- Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee on first payment
- Failed payments: 3 retry attempts then suspension
- Price changes: 30-day notice via email
Service Availability
- Target uptime: 99.9% monthly
- Scheduled maintenance: Off-peak hours with notice
- No liability for downtime beyond fee credit
Termination
- You: Cancel anytime via dashboard
- MenuVivid: May suspend for Terms violations with notice
- Data export available 30 days post-termination
Liability Limitation
MenuVivid liability limited to fees paid in last 3 months. Not liable for lost revenue, indirect or consequential damages.
